I’m Alyson Poling, founder of Alyson Poling Fitness.
My work centers around helping women build strength, consistency, and confidence in a way that feels steady, thoughtful, and sustainable for real life. I believe health is not something to constantly chase or perfect, but something to practice over time with care and intention.
My approach blends strength and conditioning with a calm, grounded rhythm that supports both the body and the mind. Training with me is not about extremes or burnout. It’s about learning how to move well, fuel yourself simply, and show up consistently so health becomes a natural part of your life.
I work with women through in-person and virtual training, as well as through my training app, The Practice. Each offering is designed to support long-term wellness, guided independence, and a sense of steadiness you can return to again and again.
I hold multiple certifications in fitness and nutrition, and I continue to study and refine my work so what I offer is both effective and intentional. More than anything, I aim to create an experience that feels supportive, elevated, and deeply human.
This work is rooted in care, discipline, and consistency, and carried out with grace.
